Christopher Christov is a Partner based in our Sofia office. He leads the firm's M&A and Corporate and TMT Practices advising both corporate, and private clients, and investment banks. He has more than 15 years of legal experience specializing in Real Estate Investments and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Infrastructure and Construction Projects, Foreclosure of Mortgages and Pledges, and Property Litigation. Christopher Christov is also experienced in handling complex insolvency proceedings and corporate reorganizations.
Mr. Christov a member of Sofia Bar Association and has a diploma in Introduction to English Law and the Law of the European Union from Cambridge University.
He speaks English and German languages.
