John Hammond is the firm's counsel on the Law of England and Wales and leads our London office. As a former Clifford Chance member, he has more than 25 years of legal practice in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, M&A, Telecommunications, Intellectual Property, and Government Affairs.
Mr. Hammond is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and is also admitted to practice in New South Wales and Victoria, Australia.
He speaks English, German, Russian, French, Japanese and Chinese.
